Mainland England and Wales Deliveries
All completed orders that we received before 2pm Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays when the first working day following is used) shall be dispatched the same day unless otherwise stated as a special order only product and subject to stock availability. All completed orders received after 2pm Monday - Friday shall be dispatched the following working day unless stated otherwise and subject to stock availability.
Minimum Order Value
We do not have a minimum order value or additional charges for small orders, we value all custom.
Standard Delivery Service
All Deliveries made on our standard service will be delivered Monday-Friday between 8am to 5pm. (Except Bank Holidays). Due to courier demand and forces outside our control we recommend you do not book a carpet fitter until after you receive your delivery. In addition to this Next working day service cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to change delivery method used to provide a better service to you.
Certain Larger or heavy weight orders of underlay may be delivered on a pallet, deliveries like this are via specialist pallet distribution companies who will unload to kerbside only. We do not guarantee a Next Working Day delivery on these items.
Delivery Charges with no VAT added at Checkout
Our standard mainland England and Wales delivery charges are based on the total value of your order at the checkout, there is no VAT to add to our prices.

- For orders between �0.00 and �45.00 �8.50 inc.VAT per order
- For orders between �45.01 to �90.00 �12.95 inc.VAT per order
- For orders between �90.01 and �120.00 �19.95 inc.VAT per order
- For orders between �120.01 and �150.00 �22.95 inc.VAT per order
- For orders between �150.01 and �180.00 �24.95 inc.VAT per order
- For orders between �180.01 and �420.00 �36.95 inc.VAT per order
We currently only deliver to Mainland England and Wales as standard, for deliveries outside these areas such as Scotland and the Highlands additional charges apply, please get in touch via the contact form with your requirements and postcode, we will call you back with a bespoke total price including goods and delivery.
